PLM are Consultants to not-for-profit Organisations and Charities specialising in Strategic Planning, Fundraising and Training, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Philip McClean, the Managing Consultant of PLM, has worked in the voluntary sector for over two decades. His work, particularly in the three specialised areas above, has been recognised at local, national and international levels.

He has worked with organisations as diverse as local church and community development groups to regional organisations and national charities such as MENCAP and the RNLI.
